Humanity Matrix offers a variety of corporate talks, workshops, and training modules aimed at improving employee and managerial processes, social awareness, and workplace morale in order to optimise productivity and to improve talent retention.

Modules

• Diversity and Inclusion – The fastest-growing aspect of corporate trainings. Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is key to smooth operation in today’s world of social awareness. Now more than ever, companies need to make sure their employees are conscientious in how they interact with diverse populations of co-workers and clients. Diversity and Inclusion training helps grease the wheels of commerce by demonstrating a company’s commitment to protect its most vulnerable people from harassment, hostile work environments, and unfair managerial treatment.
  
  
• Leadership – While many leadership positions are filled by merit, good workers often need help becoming good leaders. Our Leadership modules will train employees to assume authority and to wield that authority ethically and pragmatically. Leaders will learn to organise resources and labor; communicate effectively with clients, teammates, employees, and upper management; build and maintain team morale; and resolve conflicts and issues in a way that protects worker rights while supporting the company goals and deadlines.
  
  
• Workflow – Often times, a process was set up before current circumstances existed, and it can be difficult for companies to spot the hitches if they are ingrained. Workflow consultations involve up to several weeks of observations of how a department or company’s systems are set up to keep everyone on track and communicating, culminating in a report that recommends pragmatic methods to improve upon work assignment, deadline setting and timeline planning, and various other processes that suffer from executive functioning issues and impede productivity.
  
  
• Work culture QA – All-encompassing consultation package that examines the functionality of relationships between co-workers and management, as well as the efficacy of workplace rules and standards. The consultant will build a profile of work culture and make recommendations to improve work culture in a way that benefits both management and employee mental and emotional health. Consultant also will work with employees on the floor during observations to improve communication and tone awareness.
  
  
• Mandated Reporter Training – Companies that work with particularly vulnerable populations, such as children under 18 years of age or senior citizens above the age of 65 are required by state laws to train employees in mandated reporting. Humanity Matrix offers Mandated Reporting training that meets and exceeds state requirements. The training teaches employees how to recognise, verbalise, and report suspected/alleged cases of abuse to the appropriate state department.
  
  
• Team-building – Services designed to keep individual teams cohesive and productive, either as short-term, responsive team intervention or as ongoing positive dynamic maintenance. After general observation, consultant will meet with team members, management, and other concerned parties in individual or group sessions in order to tailor a morale-building framework and routine to buoy spirits and move enthusiasm and passion forward.
  
  
• Communication – Communication consultations and trainings focus on individual team members’ communication skills and teaches them to engage in communication effectively and productively.  Communication training will be tailored to the needs of the employees/managers concerned. It may include verbal and/or written intra-office communication, as well as subjects like public speaking and presentations, eye contact and facial expression reading, and code-switching communication styles for professional settings.

• Consultation: $300 +$150/day + transportation

• Workshop/Training: $300/2 hour workshop + materials
