What is the
humanity matrix?
The Humanity Matrix is a research-based, holistic social engineering approach to:
- assessing human conflicts in terms of context
- formulating strategic solutions tailored to individual psychology and needs
- executing diplomatic, behaviors or extemporaneous scripts to resolve the conflict.
The approach utilises peer-reviewed research gathered from across disciplines (e.g. psychology, sociology, biology, human development, political science, engineering). It may be applied in many contexts including
- classroom and professional development curricula
- resolving interpersonal interactions
- identifying and constructively addressing cognitive areas of concern
- creating better habits through creating efficient infrastructural support
